                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SUBMIT
                   AN AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL (ATB) GRANT
                   APPLICATION TO THE TENNESSEE DIVISION OF
                   FORESTRY FOR MATCHING GRANT FUNDS TO BE USED
                   TO FORMULATE A COMPREHENSIVE URBAN FORESTRY

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to submit an America the Beautiful (ATB) Grant Application to the 

       Tennessee Division of Forestry for matching grant funds to be 
used
       to formulate a comprehensive urban forestry plan.
